Shipping Procedure

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, indicating that we’ve begun processing your order. Processing typically takes 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday). After processing, your order will be dispatched, and you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Shipping time is around 3-4 working days (Monday - Friday).

Within 24 hours of dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking code. You can also track your order here.

Possible Delays in Processing and Delivery

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but sometimes delays can occur, especially during peak seasons, holidays, or due to weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances. If your order appears to be delayed, we kindly ask that you allow an additional 3 working days (Monday to Friday), as parcels may still be in transit. Let us know as soon as you can. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it. Once it’s in progress, cancellation may no longer be possible.
